LZQ is an OEM factory that produces a variety of dental implant drills, for example, Profile Drill P144, Dental Milling Bur/ Zirconia Bur P245, High Precision Fittings P76, Abutment/Transfer P25, etc.
High performance reusable drills offer clear-cut advantages through extensive research and testing. We have developed the reusable drill providing unrivaled levels of strength and cutting efficiency. The benefits for the surgeon include a faster, more precise drilling procedure and improved experience over the life of the drill. The progressive design improves confidence when creating an osteotomy by delivering: Advanced cutting efficiency - A sharper, stronger drill. Advanced grade of stainless steel and state-of-the-art design with improved cutting geometry. Improved longevity - Revolutionary corrosion resistant coating helps protect drill sharpness and can increase efficacy over time. Enhanced visibility - Grooved and laser-etched depth bands facilitate visual measurement along with a matte finish that aids in reducing glare for an optimal surgical experience. We can etch the depth band, specifications and item code on drills and do different color ring and coating just according to your any specific requirement. Countersink drill can be used as an option (by the density of cortical bone). Narrow, regular, wide can be adjusted by one drill.
countersink can be used for the marginal bone depending on the cortical bone density (in case of bone density D1 and D2). It is equipped with four different sizes in diameter (narrow, regular, wide). - Marking line stands for maximum depth. - If alveolar osteopathic is D1-D2, make sure to do full countersink drilling toprevent excessive torque.
