产品描述

LZQ是一家生产各种医疗工具的OEM代工工厂，例如，基台/转移杆P25, 平行针P37,克氏针 P179，,骨科钻针 P227, 等等。我们也可以为客户生产成套手术工具。

★、要求带橡胶圈的请能提供对应的螺钉及配件，以便依实际检测匹配的功能来确定，生产研磨尺寸公差，当然橡胶圈用户自己提供更好。

部分材质说明:

HTF10（超高耐磨用及淬火热处理后工件的加工）:

极超微粒钻石钨钢，具有极高的耐磨耗性能，但抗冲击性能略差些。适用于各类要求极高耐磨耗性能材料的中低速轻切削加工。一般用于良好的工况、稳定的切削、优良的零件装夹及持续的轻型加工。相应一般钨钢，具有4～6倍以上的使用寿命。相应ISOK10～K25/P10~P25。

★、If you want rubber rings, please provide corresponding screws and accessories, in order to confirm the size tolerance for production and grinding by actually checking the matching function. Of course, it will be better if the users can provide the rubber rings themselves.

HTF10 (Machining of super high wear-resistant and quenched and heat treated work pieces):

Ultra micro-grain quality carbide is ultra high wear resistant, but less impact-resistant.It is applied in mid and low speed light cutting of various materials that require ultra high wear resistance. Generally, it is applied in good work condition, stable cutting, good part fixture and continuous light-duty machining. Comparing with general tungsten steel, it has 4~6 times more life time. Conforming to ISO K10~K25/P10~P25.
